Inspiring Rooftops Dhikir In Muslim Countries During Lockdown

While much of the world is on lockdown or restricted movements, and where most mosques are closed during the global pandemic, Muslims in Muslim countries are invoking God’s Mercy from their homes and on rooftops.

What’s important to remember during this period of global crisis people around the world are using various ways to keep their morals afloat together with their neighbors.

For instance, in Italy where Covid-19 has hit and killed much of their people, people in homes in Italy are singing from their balconies to inspire their neighbors.

In Islam, this is not the time for entertainment, and our Islamic way of inspiring others in times of crisis is through the remembrance of Allah.

In that line, people in countries in Morocco, Kuwait, and Egypt have been recorded making dhikr from rooftops to inspire their neighbors to join in and do the same.

How You Can Inspire Others

If you live in a Muslim country and facing a lockdown, and in a Muslim neighborhood, please share this article or video and inspire to do the same in remembrance of Allah s.w.t. so that His Mercy would rain down faster on us. May Allah s.w.t. keep you & your family safe.

Most importantly is to rely on Allah because to a believer everything that happened to him is a mercy from the creator, even if we can’t see the wisdom in it, yet. Nothing last forever
